Annual leave in Tunisia
The law gives a typical private-sector employee 12 working days of paid annual leave in Tunisia.

The statutory floor
Commonly 1 day per month (12 working days). Sector agreements often add seniority days — set those on the tenant, do not hardcode them.
What a small company must keep
A ledger of days earned, taken and still available, with the dates a manager approved. Inspectors ask for the file, not a spreadsheet in someone’s head.
