Do I need a card to start the trial?: Yes. You add a card when you create your workspace, and nothing is charged during the 30-day trial.
What happens when the trial ends?: Your subscription starts automatically, billed monthly for your active employees. We email you a reminder a week before, and you can switch to annual billing anytime.
Can I cancel?: Yes, anytime from your workspace's billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period, and you keep access until then. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged.
How are employees counted?: You pay for active employees, so your bill follows your team. On monthly billing, changes are prorated on your next invoice. On annual billing, new employees are charged prorated and removals apply at renewal.
