Annual leave in Paraguay
The law gives a typical private-sector employee 12 working days of paid annual leave after 12 months of service in Paraguay.

The statutory floor
12 working days in the first 5 years, 18 from year 5, 30 after 10 years. Paid in advance; 15 days’ written notice; start on a Monday.

A ledger of days earned, taken and still available, with the dates a manager approved. Inspectors ask for the file, not a spreadsheet in someone’s head.
