Annual leave in Mali
The law gives a typical private-sector employee 30 calendar days of paid annual leave in Mali.

The statutory floor
2.5 days per month of work, 30 a year including non-working days. Seniority adds working days after 15, 20 and 25 years.
What a small company must keep
A ledger of days earned, taken and still available, with the dates a manager approved. Inspectors ask for the file, not a spreadsheet in someone’s head.
