Annual leave in North Macedonia
The law gives a typical private-sector employee 20 working days of paid annual leave after 6 months of service in North Macedonia.

The statutory floor
At least 20 working days. A contract or collective agreement may extend it to 26. Full leave after six months with the same employer.
What a small company must keep
