Annual leave in Morocco
The law gives a typical private-sector employee 18 working days of paid annual leave after 6 months of service in Morocco.

The statutory floor
1.5 working days per month. +1.5 days per 5 years of service, up to 30. Under 18: 2 days per month.
What a small company must keep
A ledger of days earned, taken and still available, with the dates a manager approved. Inspectors ask for the file, not a spreadsheet in someone’s head.
