Annual leave in Jamaica
The law gives a typical private-sector employee 2 weeks of paid annual leave in Jamaica.

The statutory floor
After at least 110 days worked. Three weeks after 10 years. Unused statutory leave is paid on exit; it is not a use-it-or-lose-it right.
What a small company must keep
A ledger of days earned, taken and still available, with the dates a manager approved. Inspectors ask for the file, not a spreadsheet in someone’s head.
