Annual leave in Israel
The law gives a typical private-sector employee 14 calendar days of paid annual leave in Israel.

The statutory floor
14 days in each of the first four years, then 16, 18, 21 and up to 28. At most one weekly rest day per seven days of leave.
What a small company must keep
A ledger of days earned, taken and still available, with the dates a manager approved. Inspectors ask for the file, not a spreadsheet in someone’s head.
