Annual leave in China
The law gives a typical private-sector employee 5 working days of paid annual leave after 12 months of service in China.

The statutory floor
5 days after 1–10 years of cumulative service, 10 after 10–20, 15 after 20. Public holidays and rest days sit outside this.
What a small company must keep
A ledger of days earned, taken and still available, with the dates a manager approved. Inspectors ask for the file, not a spreadsheet in someone’s head.
