Annual leave in Bolivia
The law gives a typical private-sector employee 15 working days of paid annual leave after 12 months of service in Bolivia.

The statutory floor
15 working days in years 1–5, 20 in years 5–10, 30 after 10. Generally not cashed out or accumulated while the job continues.
What a small company must keep
A ledger of days earned, taken and still available, with the dates a manager approved. Inspectors ask for the file, not a spreadsheet in someone’s head.
