Mac and Windows alpha
Boxento Mailbox.
A private inbox that doesn't get copied into someone else's cloud. Mailbox talks straight to Gmail from your computer, caches your mail in a local database, and runs its AI on-device.
Early alpha — Gmail today, more providers on the way.
Why it's different
Your inbox shouldn't live in another company's cloud.
Most "AI email" apps pull your mail onto their servers to do it. Mailbox keeps the mail, and the model, on your computer.
Mail, settings, OAuth tokens, and cache live in a local database on your computer. Nothing routes through our servers.
On-device AI handles everyday actions for labels, summaries, and draft replies.
macOS is Developer ID signed and notarized; Windows is a direct alpha installer. Both connect straight to Gmail.
